Responsible for supervising processes, equipment, and personnel, maintaining safety and quality standards, organizing work, analyzing problems, and supporting training and record-keeping.

3. Responsibilities

• Manage processes, equipment, employees, safety, and housekeeping in the assigned area.
• Organize work, troubleshoot, and report issues.
• Maintain accurate records on performance, production, and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Support scrap and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure technicians are properly trained.
• Work any shift and overtime as required.
• May be assigned to different departments or travel for company business.
• Perform other duties as needed.
