Job summary

SG360 in Wheeling, IL is seeking dependable General Workers to join the Production department across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am). You will assist press crews with routine manual tasks on the production floor, ensuring accurate labeling, packing, and timely output.

Responsibilities include assembling cartons, packaging finished products, moving pallets, helping with setup of equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and supporting teammates to meet quality

Qualifications

Strong basic math skills required.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble and label cartons according to specifications for each order or form being produced.
Package finished products into cartons, securely seal them, and stage completed pallets.
Transport finished pallets from the press delivery area using a manual pallet jack.
Assist with the setup and operation of delivery and finishing equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company and department standards.
Monitor machine operation and sortation to ensure proper performance, accurate output, and timely job completion at the required quality level.
Demonstrate initiative to learn new skills and progress to the next skill level within the department.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
