Vomela Commercial Group in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a production operator to support efficient manufacturing and quality control. You will read job tickets, operate equipment, monitor quality, and follow safety procedures to ensure defect-free output and adherence to specifications.

This is a stable, full-time opportunity with growth potential. Candidates must be able to lift up to 65 lb, stand through shifts, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
• Must distinguish colors.
• Must stand for full shift and overtime as required.
• Must lift/carry up to 65 pounds.
• Must push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Must perform postural movements as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Read and understand job traveler and use computer job tracking system.
• Visually inspect for substandard sheets during operations.
• Maintain efficiency and quality benchmarks per MPI standards.
• Request any training required to succeed.
• Maintain organized and clean work environment.
• Suggest improvements to management on safety, quality, and costs.
• Follow safety practices per Company Manual and Handbook.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
