You will support mulch, soil, and compost production operations, perform material handling, site cleanup, bagging, and palletizing as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physical, hands‑on work.
• Reliable transportation to the Delray Beach facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and site cleanup duties.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Support bagging, palletizing, and production operations.
• Assist Heavy Equipment Operators and Maintenance Technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Assist with inspections and routine operational tasks.
• Work safely around trucks, machinery, and heavy equipment.
• Help meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
