MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals, is hiring a Production Operator - General Labor in Fredericksburg, VA. You will support multiple production areas as a General Production Labor Helper, Picker/Packer, Labeler, or Bucket Stacker, always prioritizing safety, efficiency and quality.

Base pay is $19.12–$20.25 per hour with $1.00 or $2.00 shift differentials as applicable; the role includes biannual bonuses, free medical insurance, and a 17‑day paid time off package, plus

Qualifications

• Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
• Manufacturing/process experience; forklift certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Able to stand for extended periods; overtime and shift hours required.

• Perform a variety of general labor tasks to support manufacturing operations.
• Stack finished products, raw materials, and other items as required.
• Sort, place, and identify materials and/or products on racks, shelves, or bins.

Position Specific Details:

• Base hourly pay rate between$19.12-$20.25 p/hr, based on experience.
• Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable.
