Job description

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Production/Forklift Associate to join their team. As a Production/Forklift Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient handling and processing of bulk liquids. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Butler, PA

Pay Range: $17/hr

What's the Job?

  • Setting up, operating, and adjusting various industrial machinery like bulk liquid filling machines and labeling machines according to established procedures.
  • Regularly inspecting product quality, checking for contamination, and taking samples to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels by tracking product usage and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Properly labeling containers with relevant product information and preparing shipments for delivery.
  • Performing basic machine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in measurements and labeling.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and hazardous materials handling.
  • Must have prior Forklift experience
