Job summary

Adecco is seeking reliable Bouquet Assemblers in Vista, CA to join a fast-paced floral production team. You will assemble fresh flower bouquets per customer specifications and quality standards for shipment nationwide.

This hands-on role suits those who enjoy working with flowers, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a team setting. Shifts include options such as morning and evening, with weekly pay starting at $17.00–$17.50 per hour and benefits like medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior production/assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25–35 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble floral bouquets and arrangements per production guides and customer orders.
• Trim, sort, inspect, and prepare fresh flowers to ensure quality and freshness.
• Package completed bouquets for shipment with labels, sleeves, and tags.
• Follow production schedules and daily output goals while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following floral handling procedures.
• Restock flowers and packing materials as needed.
• Work efficiently in a refrigerated environment and assist other departments during peaks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble floral bouquets and arrangements according to production guides and customer orders.

• Trim, sort, inspect, and prepare fresh flowers to ensure quality, freshness, and appearance standards.

• Package completed bouquets for shipment, including applying labels, sleeves, and product tags.

• Follow production schedules and daily output goals while maintaining product quality.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following floral handling and food-grade procedures.

• Restock flowers, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed.

• Work efficiently in a refrigerated environment and assist other departments during peak production periods.

Requirements

• Previous production, assembly, warehouse, landscaping, agriculture, or floral experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and following written and verbal instructions.

• Strong teamwork, communication, dependability, and attendance skills.

• Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of the shift.

• Ability to repeatedly use hands and arms for sorting, trimming, assembling bouquets, and other repetitive tasks.

• Frequently lift, carry, and move up to 25-35 lbs.

• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in cool, refrigerated environments around fresh floral products.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Pay Details

$17.00 to $17.50 per hour
