Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and print basic English.
• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisor and team members.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret organizational production reports.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and on the job training (OJT) for new team partners.
• Cover work areas impacted by absenteeism, vacations or staffing challenges.
• Maintain a 95% efficiency in multiple work centers.
• Monitor workflow and process across various areas of the facility.
• Liaise between plant partners and location leadership; flag issues to management.
