Job summary

Staffing Synergies is seeking a Production Floor Lead to guide and motivate our production line team in Lititz, ensuring safety, quality, and smooth daily operations. You will lead and train workers, enforce GMP standards, monitor production rates, manage data in the Warehouse Management System, and collaborate with plant management to reach ambitious operational goals.

This role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work, with physical tasks including

Qualifications

3 to 6 months of warehouse production or related experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Solid computer skills and ability to learn WMS software.
Ability to work a rotating shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Able to stand, walk, and bend, and frequently lift up to 25-40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Lead & Train: Guide, train, and support line workers to ensure safe and efficient production.
Maintain Safety & Quality: Ensure all safety policies and GMP quality guidelines are followed.
Monitor Production: Track production line rates and perform continuous product inspections.
Manage Systems & Records: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track data, complete reconciliation, and turn in timely paperwork.
Collaborate: Partner with plant management and other departments to reach operational Goals.
