Job summary

Corle Building Systems, a manufacturer of pre-engineered metal buildings, is seeking a dependable Floater for the Production Department on 2nd Shift in Pennsylvania. You’ll learn all positions on the production line and may rotate daily to different tasks.

This role emphasizes learning, hands-on welding experience preferred, and strict adherence to safety policies. We offer a $800 sign-on bonus, attendance bonus, 2nd shift differential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience using measuring tools and reading basic drawings.
• Willingness to learn and rotate through all production-line positions.
• Prior welding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all positions on the production line and rotate daily as needed.
• Complete work orders and requests promptly.
• Assemble flanges and end plates and operate the WebSplice machine.
• Tack weld and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Support additional duties as assigned.

Candidate will be required to learn all positions on the production line and may be placed in a different position everyday.

What You’ll Do

• Learn all positions on the production line and may be placed in a different position everyday
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Assemble Flanges and End Plates
• Operate Overhead Cranes
• Operate the WebSplice (a machine operated welder)
• Tack Weld
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned
