Cashco has one opening for a Production Floater.

Summary:

A Production Floater is responsible for supporting other departments, such as assembly, shipping, and painting as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Move between various stations or departments as needed
• Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner.
• Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow
• Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow safety procedures
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner
• Communicating with other department employees and supervisors as necessary

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process
• Basic knowledge of assembly tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles
• The ability to communicate openly in a team environment
• Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily
