Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is recruiting for a versatile production employee in Prosperity, SC to support multiple areas of the manufacturing floor, including packing, assembly, and machine operation. You will help maintain production flow, ensure product quality, and follow safety policies in a fast-paced automotive parts facility.

Shift is Monday through Friday, first shift 6:30am to 3:00pm.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to learn multiple production processes.
• Knowledge of machine operation and material handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping and forming machines safely and efficiently to produce precision metal parts.
• Perform visual and manual inspections to verify quality and conformance to specifications.
• Assemble metal components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and production goals.
• Pack finished parts into containers, apply proper labels, and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Move raw materials and finished goods between workstations using forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes.
• Support press operators during changeovers, material loading, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production counts and complete daily documentation.
• Follow safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Assist wherever needed on the production line to minimize downtime and ensure targets were met.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and quality standards.
