Job summary

Plastic Printers, Hastings, MN, is seeking a Production - Finishing, Support & Operator who thrives with hands-on work and rapid learning. You will rotate through finishing, packaging, and testing new equipment to keep production moving and quality high.

You may finish products today, run a UV printer tomorrow, or assist with new product launches next week. This role rewards curiosity, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Previous production or finishing experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and adapt to variable tasks.
• Ability to read job tickets and follow specs.
• Able to work across multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support finishing equipment including folding, gluing, foiling, and cutting.
• Learn to operate different production equipment and processes.
• Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Feed, catch, inspect, finish, and pack products.
• Read job tickets and ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Help with packaging, labeling, and general production support.
• Work with specialty equipment including UV printers, embroidery equipment, product jigs, and more.
• Pivot between tasks, equipment, and departments based on daily production needs.
• Help test and launch new products, equipment, and production processes as we grow.

We're constantly adding new products, equipment, and ways of producing things-which means our production environment moves quickly and rarely looks exactly the same from one day to the next.

We're looking for a Production - Finishing, Support & Operator who loves working with their hands, learning on the fly, and jumping in wherever they're needed.

You might be folding and finishing products today, learning to run a UV printer tomorrow, helping test a brand-new product next week, and jumping over to packaging when a big order needs to ship. If that sounds exciting rather than overwhelming, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do

• Operate and support finishing equipment including folding, gluing, foiling, and cutting
