AlphaGraphics of Greenway Plaza is seeking a Production Finishing Specialist to operate finishing machines and complete projects for delivery. This role focuses on precision, speed, and teamwork in a fast-paced print center.

You should have 2+ years of experience with finishing equipment, a professional attitude, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We offer training, opportunity for advancement, and a supportive team.

Our Production Finishing Specialist is primarily responsible for operating various machines and equipment to finish products that have been printed so they can be delivered. The Production Finishing Specialist is responsible for the finishing and completion of projects in the center. This Production Finishing Specialist also sometimes includes the staging/preparation of completed jobs to be delivered or shipped to our client’s final destination.

What We Expect Of You

• Read work orders to determine instructions and specifications for finishing of projects.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Operate finishing machine devices, such as cutters, folders, collators/stitchers, and other production finishing machines as available in the center to facilitate the final assembly of finished products.
• Maintain records, such as daily production records, using specified forms.
• Follow all quality control procedures as instructed by the owner or manager of the center.
• Any other essential functions/duties that are needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
