AlphaGraphics Central Business District Las Vegas is seeking a Production Finishing Specialist to operate multiple finishing machines and complete printed products for delivery.

You will read work orders, meet deadlines, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain records, and collaborate with a fast-paced team to ensure top-quality output. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating finishing equipment in print/signage or related industries.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Problem solving and cooperative interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and work in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine instructions and specifications for finishing of projects.
• Work under pressure and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Operate finishing machines (cutters, folders, collators/stitchers, and related devices).
• Maintain production records using specified forms.
• Follow quality control procedures as directed by management.
• Perform other duties necessary to deliver high-quality customer service and output.

Our tight-knit team, AlphaGraphics Central Business District Las Vegas is actively seeking a Production Finishing Specialist to join us full-time. Our Production Finishing Specialist is primarily responsible for operating various machines and equipment to finish products that have been printed so they can be delivered - Duplo booklet maker, Duplo Slitter, Polar Cutter, Horizon Folder/Creaser, Graphtec Perfect Binding, Lamination & Fulfillment Services.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Read work orders to determine instructions and specifications for finishing of projects.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Operate finishing machine devices, such as cutters, folders, collators/stitchers, and other production finishing machines as available in the center to facilitate the final assembly of finished products.
• Maintain records, such as daily production records, using specified forms.
• Follow all quality control procedures as instructed by the owner or manager of the center.
• Any other essential functions/duties that are needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.

• 2+ years of experience in operating finishing equipment associated with the print, signage or associated industries
