Job summary

AAK in Louisville, KY is seeking a Production Worker II who will fill boxes to weight targets on the assembly line and prepare for taping. The role includes operating on two lines (automated fillers and super sack fillers) and cleaning during shutdowns and start-ups.

You will support safety, GMP compliance, and environmental practices while contributing to cost control and product quality. High school diploma or GED and basic math skills are required, with English fluency.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in a food manufacturing facility preferred.
• Must be literate and able to perform simple math.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Must be able to recognize letters and numbers.
• Ability to understand scale measurement.

Responsibilities

• Fill boxes to target weight (usually 50 pounds) on the line.
• Move filled cases for taping to the designated area.
• Operate on two lines: automated fillers and super sack fillers.
• Clean parts of the factory during shutdown/startup.
• Support safety, GMPs and environmental requirements.
