Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a dynamic Production Manager in New York to lead the end-to-end manufacturing orders for on-time, quality, and profitable goods.

The role requires self-starter initiative, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, PD/Design and Sales. You'll manage vendor performance, negotiate pricing, and uphold production standards across categories, while supporting capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Superior organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Technical capability for product and creative problem solving.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and compliance.
• 4-6 years of production management experience.
• Experience with SAP, PLM, Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage placement, execution and follow-up of manufacturing orders.
• Ensure on-time delivery of quality, profitable goods.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, PD/Design and Sales.
• Monitor vendor performance and negotiate pricing for profitability.
• Maintain production standards and QA initiatives.
• Travel to factories as needed.
