This role will work closely with field personnel, engineering staff, and asset team to troubleshoot and solve problems, identify opportunities to enhance production, and review expenditures to lower costs with an ultimate goal of driving industry-leading financial, operational, safety, and environmental performance.**Duties and Responsibilities*** Provide engineering support for operations and asset team.* Collaborate with field personnel and engineering staff on projects and corporate initiatives.* Monitor operations, well performance, cost control, and profitability in assigned areas.* Generate and review capital/expense AFE’s for facility, workover, and regulatory expenditures.* Diagnose downhole and surface equipment problems, support root cause failure analysis process, and recommend intervention or design changes as needed.* Develop plans for product recovery and treatment (artificial lift, facilities, pipelines, utilities, chemical treatment, etc.).* Investigate new technologies and implement when appropriate.* Review lease operating expenditures and identify opportunities to lower costs.* Analyze well production performance and make recommendations for improvement.
