Job summary

Kaygen, Inc. is seeking a mechanical engineering professional to support tooling modifications, installations, and new model development of capital equipment. The role requires hands-on CAD experience (AutoCAD, Inventor, Catia) and the ability to work in a team while meeting project KPIs.

Weekend and holiday availability may be required to support critical production needs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology, or an associate degree with 2+

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Tech or associate's in engineering tech with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Ability to work weekends, holiday periods, and shutdowns to support tooling modifications and installations.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Self-starting individual with ability to stay task focused and meet or exceed set KPI’s related to project requirements.
• Project experience in new model development related to capital equipment.
• Experience in AutoCAD.
• Experience in Inventor and/or Catia (or other 3D modeling program).
