Job summary

Greif, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Production Employee in Winfield, Kansas. You will perform routine assembly machine operation and setup under direct supervision, producing parts to prints and specifications.

Responsibilities include operating machinery, measuring finished parts, maintaining logs, and keeping a clean, safe work area while following safety regulations. A high school diploma and up to 2 years of experience are typical requirements.

• Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Under direct supervision, performs entry-level routine activities associated with various types of assembly machine operation and/or setup.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between15.82 to25.24. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
