Pilkington in Laurinburg, NC has direct hire production positions. The production employee performs a wide variety of assignments ranging from packaging glass, forklift operations and glassmaking. The production position(s) start at $18.23 an hour with an opportunity within 6 months to progress to $21.72. We are a skill-based organization that you can receive pay increases based on additional skills learned.
