Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Production Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, this role bridges management strategy and day‑to‑day execution. The OE Specialist partners with supervisors and teams to identify performance gaps, streamline workflows, and implement data‑driven improvements that enhance output, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
This is a hands‑on, floor‑focused role designed to drive efficiency through collaboration, analysis, and proactive problem‑solving — not through direct personnel management.
