Job summary

UniFirst seeks a reliable Distribution Team Partner in Owensboro, Kentucky. The role focuses on safe, accurate handling of goods in the Production Department, including receiving, picking, operating equipment, and shipping while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Training is provided on the job, with two shifts (6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) and overtime as required. UniFirst emphasizes a family culture, growth, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service oriented and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to stand throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will safely perform assigned tasks utilizing established processes and procedures while meeting performance expectations for productivity, quality, safety, attendance and overall performance. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.
