Job summary

Hitachi Energy Korea is seeking a Process Engineer to research, design, plan, and evaluate advanced network technologies for telecom applications. You will translate customer needs into robust network solutions and perform modelling and simulation to ensure high-performance outcomes.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma principles, process safety, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software incl. AutoCAD and Creo CAD.
• Fluent in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new advanced network technologies and components.
• Translate customer requirements into final network solutions and assess application needs.
• Provide network modelling, simulation testing, and high-speed network engineering for applications.
• Develop and implement corporate policies to support telecom product development.
• Apply knowledge with independent work and contribute to team guidance.
