Job summary

Akraya, Inc. is seeking a data engineering professional to own critical demand-side reporting pipelines and dashboards. You will manage end-to-end production data products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure daily reliability and performance. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in data engineering and analytics.

Based in San Diego with hybrid work, the candidate will handle end-to-end production dashboards, validate outputs, and engage in bug triage to maintain data assets effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and cloud data lake/lakehouse experience.
• Proven experience maintaining production BI dashboards.
• Expertise in ETL/data pipeline tools and debugging production failures.
• Familiarity with contact center or workforce management data metrics (handle rate, forecast vs. actuals).

Responsibilities

• Manage demand-suite dashboards and their associated pipelines.
• Validate pipeline outputs and troubleshoot discrepancies during transition.
• Participate in bug triage and handle first-line escalations for owned assets.
• Support the supply-side owner and receive reciprocal support.
• Maintain an inventory of defects in adjacent planning tools.
