Job summary

Cambrex Corp. is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to support the Production department with administrative duties, data management, and batch record control.

You will maintain accurate SAP records, coordinate batch record movement between Production and QA, and track operational metrics to support continuous improvement. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and timely documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to manage electronic records.
• Accurate data entry into SAP or similar ERP systems and handle production records.
• Ability to review detailed technical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Track batch records and discrepancies, update supervisor spreadsheets.
• Perform data entry in SAP and review production batch records for QA handoff.
• Issue batch records to the production supervisor group and deliver to QA auditors.
• Support inventory, document control, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Maintain department files, shift bids, and vacation schedules for the year.
• Assist with pre-campaign start up and batch readiness tasks.
• Enter and maintain machine time entries for designated areas.
