Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Production Cutter to prepare specialty cuts of meat and meet customer specifications on a timely basis. You will transport products to packaging lines, weigh items, and ensure accuracy of stock and order fulfillment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months of experience. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits, following HACCP and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 months experience in a related role or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production.
• Cut product to meet customer specifications.
• Transport finished product to appropriate packaging line utilizing carts.
• Weigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specifications.
• Replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain work area clean and orderly.
• Follow proper handling to maintain product integrity and report damage.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Follow all HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines.

Position Summary

As a key member of our rapidly growing organization, the Production Cutter contributes to our success by preparing specialty cuts of meat in a timely and efficient manner to meet our customer’s expectations.

What you’ll do

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production
• Cut product to meet customer specifications
• Transport finished product to appropriate packaging line utilizing carts
• Weigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specifications
• Replenish stock as needed
• Maintain work area clean and orderly
• Must maintain product integrity with proper handling & report damage to management immediately
• Must follow all company policies and procedures
• Follow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 months experience

Pay Range - $19-$24/HR.
