Job summary

You will prepare production reports, maintain inventory, and ensure proper documentation and costing adjustments. Experience in an office setting and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production reports on plant activity.
• Maintain inventory of production-related items and supplies.
• Prepare reports regarding production downtime for payroll.
• Request new product codes as required.
• Verify that production sheets are properly numbered and logged.
• Prepare cycle count/inventory adjustments as required.
• Create Production / Shipping Packets.
• Revise product costing as required.
• Prepare regular and special reports as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
