Identifying bottle necks in the process and offering solutions to resolve.Productivity - Partner with Assembly and Mill supervisors to understand labor targets on each job and address any issues through the ECR process. Identify opportunities where labor standards can be improved. Drive changes to BOM and labor standards which directly tie to expected margins for a product and account.Meetings and Reviews - May be asked to attend COQ or Project Management meetings and BOM reviews.Additional TasksReview BOM’s and drawings.Submit ECR’s for approvals.Order parts due to incorrect BOM’s and request to add to job as applicable.Facilitate, organize and distribute packaging plans to Production.Understand the scope of order/program.Take photos as requested.Schedule 1st article meeting and virtual meeting coordinating with Project management. Maintain records of these meetings.Track schedule for “Hot” due dates and ship dates.Assist Project Management when necessary.
