Job summary

The Cove Church is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Worship and Production ministry across campuses. You will help plan and execute production elements, develop team members, and foster a collaborative church culture focused on unity and mission.

Responsibilities include supporting Sunday services, AVL tasks, and volunteer care while pursuing personal and spiritual growth within a faith-centered work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist vision, ideation, and development of the Worship and Production ministry.

• Oversee Sunday production at the Denver Campus.
• Assist Cove Students with AVL needs when necessary.
• Drive production volunteer care at the Denver Campus.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development.
• Allocate weekly time: Services 50%, Meetings 20%, Training 15%, Relational Equity 15%.

Summary: The Production Coordinator at Central is a team builder who will be tasked with the growth, care, and discipleship of team members in their assigned area. This will include collaborating with the Worship and Production team on creating environments at all campuses where people “Encounter the Presence of Jesus.” All staff and contractors are tasked with helping the mission of our church to “Introduce our friends to Jesus, learn to follow Him, and celebrate His presence in our lives.”

Primary Responsibilities

• Assisting the vision, ideation, and development of the Worship and Production ministry.
• Able to think through an expansive scope, planning both operationally and relationally.

• Work with the Denver Staff to achieve Sunday production expectations.
• Assist Cove Students, when necessary, with any AVL needs.
• Oversee Sunday production at the Denver Campus.
• Pursue personal development at every opportunity and be the primary driver of your personal and professional growth.
• Assist in audio, lighting, video, and set design.
• Primary driver of production volunteer care at the Denver Campus.
• Seek feedback from supervisors, peers, and team members.
• Weekly Time Allocation (40 hours): Weekend/Midweek Services - 50%, Meetings – 20%, Training/Development – 15%, Relational Equity – 15%

Personal Responsibilities
