Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Production Coordinator at our Tucson area facility to provide daily supervision and direction to production staff, dispatch work assignments, and monitor vehicle status in the C1 system to ensure efficient repairs.

The role requires 1+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of C1, strong communication, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Experience with C1 software or system preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct production staff on a daily basis
• Dispatch work assignments to production personnel
• Maintain vehicle status in the C1 system
• Perform additional duties to ensure efficient repairs

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Production Coordinator to provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members, dispatch all work assignments to production personnel, maintain information within C1 to reflect vehicle status and perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Basic understanding of Collision Estimatics and Repair Process/Procedures
• Must have prior experience with C1
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
