Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Production Coordinator at our Tucson area service center. This role will supervise production staff daily, dispatch work orders, and maintain accurate vehicle status in the C1 system to keep repairs moving efficiently.

You will collaborate with internal teams to meet timelines and quality standards, ensuring excellent service for customers. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of collision repair or estimating exposure, a valid driver’s license, and the ability

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Production Coordinator to provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members, dispatch all work assignments to production personnel, maintain information within C1 to reflect vehicle status and perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Basic understanding of Collision Estimatics and Repair Process/Procedures
• Must have prior experience with C1
