Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Coordinator to help plan and execute manufacturing processes. This role blends shop knowledge, organization, and the ability to production needs.

The coordinator ensures production goals are met on time while upholding quality standards. You will coordinate schedules, work with cross-functional teams, verify stage gates, maintain production records, and support on-time delivery of finished products.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in metal manufacturing roles: coordination, inventory control, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, shop management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • 4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Summary:

Panelmatic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Production Coordinatorplays a crucial role in the planning and execution of manufacturing processes. This position requires a blend of shop knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to productionneeds. The primary focus is on coordinating the various components of production. A successful Production Coordinatorensures that productiongoals are met on time, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve any production issues - hold owners accountable to tasks
  • Ensure and verify all stage gates are completed to allow for clear-to-build
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records
  • Support in timely delivery of finished products
  • Monitor workflow and provide schedule updates as necessary to meet production targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in any of the following metal manufacturing roles: Coordination role, Inventory control, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shop Management.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

  • Proficiency in inventory management software

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Project management experience

  • Knowledge of quality control standards

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 4-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
