Responsibilities

• Follow standards to prepare meal ingredients and simple dishes as directed by management.
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other prep tasks.
• Reduce sauces and parboil foods as needed.
• Store foods properly with dating and rotation per procedures.
• Adhere to state and local food safety regulations.
• Keep supplies replenished and assist with inventory and restocking.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen; wash dishes and sanitize surfaces.
• Communicate professionally and maintain team coordination.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

*Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM | No nights or weekends | Paid Holidays Off**Pay:* $19 - $21/hourly based on experience*Location: *14510 Botts Rd Grandview, MO 64030*Summary:*A Prep Cook with American Dining Creations prepares meal ingredients, simple dishes, condiments, and other related items as required to meet daily production needs. As a pivotal member of the culinary staff our Prep Cooks are a “go to” and reliable resource to the team to ensure we are providing an optimal dining experience to our guests.*Responsibilities:** Follow standards to prepare meal ingredients and simple dishes as directed by management, or other staff.* Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep.
