Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of the Production Control team members. Responsible for timesheets, work productivity, leave management, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
• Excellent knowledge of the CMMS (Maximo) section of the PWS.
• Prepare, compile, and distribute work productivity reports to various stakeholders.
• Monitor CMMS (Maximo) activities for contractual compliance.
• Prepare, compile, and distribute Preventative Maintenance work orders to the Operation Team managers.
• Review CMMS (Maximo) material inventory and physical inventory. Reconcile when applicable.
• Audit CMMS (Maximo) data entry for accuracy. Reconcile when applicable.
• Perform weekly audits of the workorder log comments and assist the Operation Team in correcting any deficiencies.
• Active participant in meetings.
• Close working relationship with the Quality Control Manager. Participate in facility audits to verify compliance with the PWS.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Level of Experience Requirements: Two Years supervision experience. Five Years of experience in data entry.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products to include, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to produce Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting operational teams.
• Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company.
• Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools – e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry-standard software.
• Knowledge of customer service practices – principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally.
• Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles – awareness of proper handling of sensitive information.
• Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Time management and prioritization – balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking – analyzing issues and selecting appropriate solutions.
