Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and prepare various reports.
• Maintain databases with entry and tracking activities.
• Execute SAP-related activities within the section.
• Act as ISO coordinator and budget controller for the section.
• Manage budget for cost reduction activities.
• Coordinate travel and order supplies; track vacations.
• Perform general office duties (mail, emails, printing, copying, etc.).
• Execute all other duties as assigned.
