Job summary

The Goodkind Co. is seeking an Industrial Cleaner to uphold cleanliness and sanitization of production areas and equipment, preventing cross-contamination. You will work under the Compounding Manager, supporting a busy production floor with thorough cleaning and inspection tasks.

The role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift 30-50 pounds, and flexibility for occasional Saturday shifts. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, a 401(k) match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to reach, crouch, bend, scrub, etc.
• Available during regular operating hours, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect production equipment and production areas.
• Support production by staging and preparing materials for production.
• Follow SOPs to ensure cleaning meets quality requirements.
• Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines for production.
• Communicate with supervisor and adjust priorities as needed.
• Assist coworkers and supervisors to build a positive team dynamic.
