Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with installation, finishing, or carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing slope shields and panel shields according to specifications.
• Operate sanding equipment and prepare products for finishing.
• Apply protective coatings to wood products with precise techniques.
• Perform doweling, cutting, and basic carpentry tasks safely.
• Prepare products for shipment by proper packaging and labeling.
