Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Production Associate – Builder/Material Handler in Rockford, IL to support the Rental Division. Tasks include locating, counting, sorting, and assembling customer orders, then staging and loading items for transport while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires reliability in a fast-paced setting and adherence to attendance policies. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $21.88 per hour with full-time, first-shift hours and a strong benefits program.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical activities including lifting.
• Must adhere to attendance policy and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate, count, sort, and prepare or build customer orders.
• Stage, organize, or load products into storage bins or containers for placement on a truck.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality and quantity standards.
