Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking a Production Bed Lead for the Buchanan, GA area. This 1st shift role directs and assists bed crew to ensure correct placement of cables, steel, and materials for quality concrete beds.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and prior concrete finishing experience. You will coordinate with team members, verify bed layouts, and participate in safety/toolbox talks to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review daily shop cards and plan bed setup.
• Direct and assist bed crew to place materials (wood, steel, rebar).
• Ensure bed layout and finish meet spec by checking daily cards throughout shift.
• Strip bed and oversee cleaning, oiling, and placement of bulkheads/plates/rebar.
• Assist with toolbox meetings, production meetings and safety talks.

Previous experience in finishing concrete is required. **Work Environment**: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration.
