Job summary

Marvin is hiring a production associate in North Dakota. You will be trained across all aspects of your role in a climate-controlled, safe facility, with a focus on quality and teamwork. The job requires reading and following instructions, communicating in English, and performing hands-on assembly tasks.

• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.

Monday – Thursday

• Days:5:00 am – 3:30 pm Pay:$18.50 per hour
• Evening:3:30 pm - 2:00 am Pay: $21.50 per hour

Friday – Sunday

• Weekend:5:30 am - 6:00 pm Pay: $22.50 per hour
