Ruger Firearms is seeking Production Associates for front-line production tasks in a high-volume environment. You may operate CNC turning and milling machines, participate in assembly work, and perform other duties as assigned.
The role requires attention to detail, hand dexterity, and the ability to work with teammates. Starting wage is experience-based with eligibility for quarterly profit sharing; additional shift differential pay applies to off shifts.
Starting wage is based on experience and shift. In addition to a base wage, every associate is eligible for quarterly profit sharing!! Various shifts are available and off shifts include additional shift differential pay.

Hours: Sat & Sun, 3am - 3pm

Associates are frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The position can involve sitting, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds several times throughout the day.
The job is performed standing all day.
The job requires substantial movement/motion with regard to walking, bending, lifting, grasping, and applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palms.
