Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Tallmadge, OH seeks a Production Line Associate for a Fri-Sun, 7:00am–7:30pm weekend shift. You will pick up products, load/unload the line, inspect packaging, and rotate to line positions under Line Lead supervision. Safe operation of equipment and strong teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sort and pack nutraceutical and/or cosmetic products.
• Seal and secure packaging per product specs.
• Maintain line efficiency by clearing jams and following lockout/tagout safety procedures.
• Fold cardboard boxes and other packaging as needed.
• Use a pallet jack to move larger quantities of product.
• Inspect labeling for accuracy and dates.
• Open packaging containing raw materials.
• Operate machines such as slicers, sorters, packaging machines, and other food-processing equipment.
• Notify Line Lead or Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Rotate to various positions along the line as instructed.
• Assist with packing up/moving equipment or lines when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Attend and retain safety and sanitation training.

Job SummaryThe production line associate is responsible for ensuring the food safety program is followed and has various duties including picking up product from load-in, loading and removing product from production line, inspecting product, and rotating to various positions along the production line as needed. They follow instructions from the line lead and production supervisor or departmental manager. We are looking for weekend Shift.
