Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV in Eagan, MN to support the Rental Division. You will participate in loading/unloading trucks, staging materials, and performing assignment-based production tasks while keeping your area clean and efficient.

Expect a fast-paced environment where reliability and safety are essential. The role may require stepping in for others and adapting to daily workflow changes while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to potentially handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsabilités

• Loading or unloading of trucks as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Preparing or staging material and garments for loading.
• Performing production tasks at level four or below to support the business.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
• Assist in other production jobs as needed due to vacations or absences.
