Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV for the 3rd shift in Strongsville, OH. This role supports the Rental Division by performing production tasks, loading/unloading trucks, and staging garments as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while meeting quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to potentially handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Participate in loading or unloading of trucks.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards.
