Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. The role involves performing production tasks such as hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, and keeping the work area clean while meeting quantity and quality standards.

This position supports the shift supervisor, may fill in for others, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, rolling mats, and cleaning the work area.
• Support the business by fulfilling production duties at a level three or below and adapting to changing daily responsibilities as others are on vacations or absences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while meeting or exceeding quality and quantity standards.
• May fill in for other employees as needed to cover vacations or absences.
