Job summary

Info Way Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Support Associate to join our production team at the Wisconsin manufacturing site. This role supports media manufacturing, equipment setup, GMP/GDP compliance, and inventory control in a cleanroom environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic written and verbal communication skills, and the physical ability to sit/stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work the first shift (Mon-Thu 5:00am–2:00pm; Fri

Responsibilities

• Assist with media manufacturing tasks such as filling syringes, labeling, packaging, and preparing samples for analysis.
• Review work orders during and post-production.
• Set up and operate filling machines, sealers, and torque drivers.
• Maintain GMP and GDP compliance per SOPs and MIs.
• Perform inventory control and consumable replenishment for in-process locations.

Job Overview:

This person will work at the manufacturing site and cleanroom assisting with the production of the company's product.

Media Manufacturing:

Perform all functions related to media manufacturing, including but not limited to:

• Work order kit review (during and post-production)
• Filling syringes
• Pouching and watering syringes
• Labeling and packaging
• Preparing samples for Quality analysis

Equipment Set-Up and Operation:

Operate equipment related to media manufacturing and processing, including but not limited to: automated and semi-automated filling machines, sealers, and torque drivers.

GMP/GDP:

Perform all required Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) per all Standard Operational Procedures and Manufacturing Instructions.

Inventory Control:

Responsible for labeling, storage, and movement of materials in-process. Responsible for consumable replenishment for in-process locations. Perform inventory control of warehouse, as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work 1st Shift (M-TH 5:00am-2:00pm; Friday 5:00am-11:00am).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to understand written and oral communication.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment with medical product manufacturing and/or with computers a plus.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Climb on step stools and step ladders, pushing and pulling wheeled carts, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a positive, motivated attitude.
