Position Overview

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Production Associates to join our team for the spring season. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on plant production lines to prepare products for sale and distribution
• Pick and fulfill plant orders for wholesale customers
• Load box trucks for daily deliveries
• Assist growers with plant care, including watering and general maintenance
• Perform general greenhouse labor and production tasks as needed
• Fast‑paced, physically active work setting
• Conditions may be hot, humid, and dusty
• Requires standing, lifting, bending, and working for extended periods

Qualifications

• Entry‑level; prior greenhouse or production experience is a plus
• Ability to work long shifts (8–12 hours) and overtime as needed
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Spanish language skills are helpful but not required
