Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring a Production Associate – Route Preparation for the 2nd shift in Union, NJ. You will count and track garments with a handheld scanner, record inventory for delivery, and prepare items for loading on the route truck. Maintain a clean work area and meet production standards.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Route Preparation to support the Rental Division. The Production Associate is responsible for accurately counting and tracking customer garments using a handheld scanner and recording inventory for delivery. The Route Preparation Associate will bundle or tie garment hangers together by customer employee numbers in preparation for loading on a route truck. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.70 - $22.13/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
