A leading packaging company located in Bridgeview, Illinois is seeking to hire a production worker. The role entails working in a fast-paced environment, following safety procedures and quality processes while ensuring products are accurately built. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and at least one year of manufacturing experience. The physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $17.50 to $18.00 per hour.

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes.
• Ensure the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate.
• Maintain highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Maintain housekeeping standards of the plant.
• Work as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.

Essential Functions

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes
• Responsible for ensuring the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers.
• Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards of the plant
• Responsible for working as a team with all team members of the facility.
• Day to day responsibilities may include some or all of the following assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
